contact@aigotowork.workBefore You Send a Message
A little context helps us answer faster and makes it easier to fix real issues instead of guessing at what happened on your screen.
What to include in your message
The fastest way to get a useful answer is to include the calculator name, your input values, the result you saw, and the question you are trying to answer. For project-planning questions, it also helps to tell us whether you are working from cubic yards, bag count, or material cost.
If you are reporting a bug, include your device type, browser, and a screenshot if the layout or result looks wrong. That usually lets us reproduce the issue on the first pass instead of going back and forth by email.
When to contact us
Reach out when a formula seems off, a page is broken, a calculator is missing a scenario you need, or you want a feature that would make estimating easier for your crew or client. We also welcome corrections when a guide needs clarification.
For permit-specific design decisions, structural loads, reinforcement schedules, or local code interpretation, the right next step is still a licensed contractor, engineer, or your local building department. We can help explain the calculator logic, but we do not replace project-specific professional review.
What happens after you send a message
Every message is reviewed by a human. General questions usually get a direct reply, while bug reports and formula checks are tested against the live calculators before we answer.
When a reported issue points to a broader content gap, we may update the related calculator, FAQ, or guide so the fix is visible to future visitors as well.
Fastest Routes to an Answer
A lot of questions can be solved faster by starting on the right page before you write in. If you are still working out yardage for a shape-based pour, start with the main concrete calculator. If the job is already narrowed to a slab, footing, wall, or tube form, the dedicated calculator pages usually give more context, more specific FAQs, and a better estimate workflow than a general contact email can.
If your question is really about the math, the best starting point is often a guide instead of the inbox. The how to calculate concrete guide explains the base formulas, while the bag-count guide and the concrete cost guide cover the ordering and budgeting side. That often lets you answer the question immediately or send us a much more precise follow-up if something still looks off.
Contact is most useful when the issue is specific to the site: a broken page, a result that does not match the stated formula, a missing use case, an accessibility problem, or a legal or privacy question. We would rather receive a clear report tied to a real page than a vague message with no URL or example values, because that is what lets us actually fix the problem.
Privacy, Support, and Follow-Up
Every submission on this page is reviewed by a human. We do not run a fake help desk, auto-generated comment box, or disposable inbox designed only to satisfy a checklist. If you send a message through the form, it is processed and forwarded using the provider described in our Privacy Policy, and you can always email us directly if you prefer not to use the form.
For legal, data, or site-use questions, the relevant terms are documented publicly in the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. For calculator issues, the most useful follow-up is still concrete detail: page URL, your inputs, the output you saw, and what you expected instead. The more specific the report, the faster we can reproduce it and either reply, correct the page, or update the underlying calculator logic.
If you are sending project details, focus on the measurements and the calculator behavior rather than sensitive personal information. We do not need payment details, government identification, or anything unrelated to the page you are reporting. A short message with the right URL, the right inputs, and the right expected outcome is almost always more useful than a long note that leaves out the actual estimate you are trying to verify.
We also review broader site issues such as confusing navigation, missing internal links, and outdated guidance when a message points to them. Good feedback does not need to be technical to be useful if it clearly identifies the page and the point of friction.
Frequently Asked Questions
Before sending a message, check if your question is answered here.
How do I report a calculation error?+
If you believe a calculator is producing an incorrect result, please email us at contact@aigotowork.work with the calculator name, the input values you entered, the result you received, the result you expected, and your browser and device type. We take calculation accuracy seriously and investigate every reported error within one business day.
Can I request a new calculator or feature?+
Yes. Feature requests are welcome and we review them every week. Send your request to contact@aigotowork.work or use the form above. Please describe the calculator or feature you need and the specific use case it would solve. The most commonly requested ideas are added to our roadmap.
Are the calculators free to use?+
Yes. All ConcreteCalc Pro calculators are completely free to use with no account required, no subscription, and no usage limits. We do not charge for PDF exports, share links, or any other feature. The site may be supported by advertising.
Can I use ConcreteCalc Pro results for a permitted construction project?+
ConcreteCalc Pro calculators are designed for estimation and planning purposes. The results are based on standard geometric formulas and are useful for ordering concrete and estimating project cost. They are not a substitute for engineered drawings or structural calculations for permitted work. For any project that requires a building permit, consult your local building department and a licensed contractor or engineer for final specifications.
How do I share a calculator result with my contractor?+
Every calculator on ConcreteCalc Pro has a Share button that generates a link with your inputs pre-filled. You can copy that link and send it to anyone. There is also a PDF Export button that generates a formatted estimate you can download, print, or attach to an email.
I found a broken link or page error. How do I report it?+
Please email contact@aigotowork.work with the URL of the broken page and a brief description of what you expected to see. You can also use the contact form above and select "Bug Report" as the subject. We fix reported errors as quickly as possible, typically within one business day.
