This Privacy Policy explains how ConcreteCalc Pro ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit concretecalculator.pro (the "Site"). Please read this policy carefully. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Introduction

ConcreteCalc Pro is a free online tool suite focused on concrete volume, bag count, material planning, and cost estimation for residential and light commercial projects. The Site is operated independently and is not affiliated with any concrete supplier, ready-mix producer, or building materials brand.

This Privacy Policy applies to all visitors of concretecalculator.pro. It explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and what choices you have. If you do not agree with this policy, please discontinue use of the Site.

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, please contact contact@aigotowork.work.

Your use of the Site is also subject to our Terms of Use.

2. Information We Collect

We collect two broad categories of information: information you provide directly and information collected automatically.

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you use our contact form, you may provide:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • The content of your message

We do not require account creation, payment details, or identity verification to use our calculators. The core tools on the Site are available without registration.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, certain information is collected automatically by our servers and approved service providers. This may include:

  • IP address (anonymized where possible)
  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system
  • Referring URL
  • Pages viewed on the Site
  • Date and time of your visit
  • Device type such as desktop, tablet, or mobile

This information is collected through server logs, cookies, and analytics tools. We use it primarily in aggregated form to understand traffic patterns, improve content quality, and keep the Site working reliably.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To respond to questions and contact form submissions
  • To understand how visitors use the Site and which tools are most useful
  • To diagnose technical errors, bugs, misuse, and security issues
  • To display advertising through Google AdSense when advertising is enabled on the Site, as described in Section 5
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We use service providers only where necessary to operate the Site, process inquiries, measure performance, and, when enabled, deliver ads.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

4.1 What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by websites you visit. They help websites function properly, remember preferences, measure performance, and support features such as analytics and advertising.

4.2 Cookies We Use

The Site uses the following categories of cookies:

Essential Cookies

These cookies are necessary for the Site to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. They may remember items such as calculator unit preferences during a session and support basic navigation or form functionality.

Analytics Cookies

When analytics is enabled, we may use Google Analytics cookies to understand how visitors interact with the Site, such as which pages are viewed, how long users stay, and how they arrived here. These data help us improve performance and prioritize the most useful calculators and articles.

Advertising Cookies

When advertising is enabled, we may use Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google and other third-party vendors may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this Site and other websites on the internet.

4.3 Managing Cookies

You can control and manage cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:

  • View the cookies stored on your device
  • Delete all or selected cookies

5. Google AdSense and Third-Party Advertising

5.1 Use of Google AdSense

ConcreteCalc Pro may use Google AdSense, an advertising service provided by Google LLC, to display ads on the Site. When Google AdSense is enabled, ad revenue helps us keep our calculators and informational content available free of charge.

5.2 How Google AdSense Uses Cookies

When Google AdSense is active on the Site, Google may use cookies and similar technologies to serve advertisements based on visits to this Site and other websites. Specifically:

  • Google may use the DoubleClick cookie to show ads based on browsing history.
  • Google and other third-party vendors may use cookies to serve interest-based or contextual ads.
  • Information about visits to this and other websites may be used to provide advertising that is more relevant to your interests.

5.3 Personalized and Non-Personalized Ads

When enabled, Google AdSense may serve personalized ads based on your interests, browsing behavior, approximate location, and other signals. If you prefer not to receive personalized ads, you can use the options below to manage or opt out of that processing.

5.4 How to Opt Out of Personalized Advertising

You can control personalized advertising in several ways:

Opting out of personalized ads does not mean you will stop seeing ads on the Site if advertising is enabled. It means the advertising you see may be less tailored to your interests or browsing history.

5.5 Google Privacy Information

For more information about how Google collects and uses data, review Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Additional information about Google advertising technologies is available here: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads

6. Google Analytics

We may use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors use the Site. When enabled, Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information such as how often users visit, what pages they view, and what sites they visited before arriving here.

When analytics is enabled, we use this information to improve the Site, identify broken flows, measure which calculators perform best, and understand whether content is helpful. We do not use Google Analytics to learn the real-world identity of individual visitors.

IP anonymization is enabled where available, which means Google truncates your IP address before storage so it cannot ordinarily be used to identify you individually. To prevent Google Analytics from recognizing you on return visits, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

You can learn more about Google Analytics privacy practices here: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245

7. Third-Party Services

In addition to the advertising and analytics services described above when enabled, we may use third-party service providers to operate parts of the Site efficiently and securely.

FormSubmit (Contact Form)

We use FormSubmit to process contact form submissions. When you submit a message, your name, email address, and message content are transmitted to the provider and forwarded to us by email so we can respond.

You can review FormSubmit's policies here: https://formsubmit.co.

Content Delivery Networks

We may use content delivery networks and related infrastructure providers to deliver fonts, scripts, stylesheets, and other static assets more reliably. Those providers may receive standard server log information such as IP address, browser type, and request metadata as part of normal web delivery.

These providers have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them when relevant. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services that operate independently from us.

8. Data Retention

Contact Form Submissions

Messages submitted through our contact form are retained in our email inbox for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping and follow-up purposes. We do not maintain a custom user database for general contact messages.

Analytics Data

Anonymized or aggregated analytics data is retained in accordance with Google Analytics settings, which are currently configured around a 26-month retention window for standard reporting use.

Server Logs

Standard server logs, including IP addresses and request details, may be retained for up to 90 days for security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and service monitoring.

Calculator Inputs

Calculator inputs entered on the Site are processed in your browser and are not intentionally transmitted to or stored on our servers as part of normal calculator use. We do not keep a history of the values you enter into the concrete calculators themselves.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding the personal information we hold about you. Those rights generally relate to contact form data and any associated communications, not anonymous calculator use.

Access, Correction, and Deletion

You may request access to the personal information you submitted through the contact form, ask that we correct inaccuracies, or request deletion of that information when appropriate and legally permitted.

Advertising and Cookie Choices

You can opt out of personalized advertising using the options described in Section 5.4 and manage cookies using your browser controls as described in Section 4.3.

California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

European Residents (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you may have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation, including rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability where applicable.

To exercise any of these rights, contact contact@aigotowork.work. We aim to respond within 30 days.

10. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us through the contact form or another channel, please email us so we can investigate and delete the information where appropriate.

If you are located in the EEA or another jurisdiction with a higher age of digital consent, we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors below the applicable age in that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, service providers, features, legal obligations, or advertising configuration. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

We encourage you to review this page periodically so you stay informed about how we collect, use, and protect information. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

If we make a material change that significantly affects your rights, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice, such as posting a notice on the Site.
