ConcreteCalc Pro is a free online tool suite focused on concrete volume, bag count, material planning, and cost estimation for residential and light commercial projects. The Site is operated independently and is not affiliated with any concrete supplier, ready-mix producer, or building materials brand.

FormSubmit (Contact Form)

We use FormSubmit to process contact form submissions. When you submit a message, your name, email address, and message content are transmitted to the provider and forwarded to us by email so we can respond.

Contact Form Submissions

Messages submitted through our contact form are retained in our email inbox for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping and follow-up purposes. We do not maintain a custom user database for general contact messages.

Analytics Data

Anonymized or aggregated analytics data is retained in accordance with Google Analytics settings, which are currently configured around a 26-month retention window for standard reporting use.

Server Logs

Calculator Inputs

Calculator inputs entered on the Site are processed in your browser and are not intentionally transmitted to or stored on our servers as part of normal calculator use. We do not keep a history of the values you enter into the concrete calculators themselves.
